About Diana Ye
My approach to helping buyers and sellers discover the best real estate solution combines the mindset of project manager with the essence of my personality encompassed in this Chinese saying (知心大姐姐) which translates to “heart to heart, big sister.” Whether buying or selling, the journey of every transaction requires meticulous management and sound advice from someone who genuinely has your best interest at heart.
This business philosophy was born as I worked my way from transaction coordinator to agent assistant and then becoming an agent myself. Having worked side by side with top agents I am privileged to stand on the shoulders of giants and bring that experience to every home sale and client.
My previous career in accounting graced me with great respect for numbers and as a certified master negotiator, it is my priority to finesse the best possible terms in a deal for every client.
Relationships are the bedrock of this business and I have spent my career building deep connections within the agent community. It brings me great joy when seemingly impossible deals come together for my clients as a result of these relationships.
My red leaf logo represents the values I hold dear from growing up in Hangzhou; professionalism, integrity, and loyalty, and the color red is symbolic of prosperity and luck.
When I am not helping clients, you will often find me volunteering at Christa McAuliffe Elementary School, listening to classical music, hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, backpacking or camping with my husband and our two boys.
I would like to focus on you and your needs. Whether you want to buy or sell a property in the South Bay, you need a trusted and respected agent who works with passion, tenacity and professionalism. It would be my honor to meet you and help you achieve your goals as we are building a bright and lasting relationship.
