Here comes the August 2022 Market Update!

Let’s take a look at how the market was in August in contrast to the data from last year.

Though the graph shows us a downward trend on the Median Sales Price since April, this year’s data is still higher than last year’s. The New Listings, on the other hand, is 20% lower than last year’s data. Though the closed sales last year decreased tremendously, the number of Closed Listings and Contracts Signed in August 2022 is higher than July’s giving us a positive trend.

The market is normalizing right now. There are certain decreases and increases in some points, but the market is very much active.
