Broker training is broad by design — it covers everyone. Coaching is personal. I work with you one-on-one to look at your specific numbers, habits, and challenges. Most agents who already have broker training find coaching fills the gap between “knowing what to do” and actually doing it consistently.
Actually, the earlier the better. The habits you build in your first 90 days tend to stick. Starting with the right foundation — business plan, prospecting routine, scripts, CRM — means you don’t have to unlearn bad habits later. Level 1 coaching is specifically designed for agents at the very beginning.
